I spent several lovely hours at the Maryland Sheep & Wool Festival. It is one of my favorite things about living near Baltimore. The first animals I saw were English angora bunnies. They were the cutest freaking bunnies you’ll ever see. They were so soft and I wanted to take them all home.
Then of course, there were alpacas, which I love with a neverending devotion. Sigh. Greatest ever.

I usually avoid group situations and places where I’m forced to meet new people but two weeks ago I discovered that there’s a center nearby that holds ASL classes and I figured it was too good an opportunity to pass up. Last night was our first class and even though it’s super scary when you’re signing and literally the entire class is watching you, I’m so glad I’m doing this.
